CLAVARI is not currently a separate incorporated company. CLAVARI is the name of the project currently operated by Erwan Moreau.

Through the CLAVARI interest list, we request only your email address.

The service provider used to manage subscriptions may also record technical information associated with the registration and confirmation process, such as subscription status, date and time of registration, IP address or other technical information required to operate the service and evidence consent where applicable.

If the purpose of the interest list ceases to exist, we will stop using your data for that purpose and delete or anonymise it where appropriate.

Following an unsubscribe request or withdrawal of consent, limited information may be retained where strictly necessary to demonstrate compliance with legal obligations or to evidence the granting and withdrawal of consent for the legally applicable limitation periods.

7. Service Providers and Recipients

We use MailerLite to manage the interest list, subscription process and email communications.

MailerLite processes personal data on behalf of the controller under its Data Processing Addendum.

We do not sell your personal data or disclose it to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

Other technology providers may process data where necessary for the operation of the website or service, subject to the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.

8. International Data Transfers

MailerLite uses infrastructure and sub-processors primarily located within the European Economic Area, although its contractual documentation provides for certain processing activities that may involve international data transfers.

Where personal data is transferred to a country without an applicable adequacy decision, safeguards recognised under applicable data protection law will be used, including, where appropriate, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Automated Decision-Making

We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing arising from this interest list.
